Graduation Projects Documentation Archive
Faculty of Arts and Design — University of Tripoli
About the Archive
The Graduation Projects Documentation Archive is the Faculty's official digital repository for recording and preserving the graduation projects completed by its students across all academic departments. It serves as a permanent institutional record that safeguards the Faculty's academic memory, supports quality-assurance and accreditation requirements, and provides a transparent, verifiable reference for students, faculty members, and administration alike.
Each entry documents the essential academic identifiers of a completed project — the student's registration number and name, academic department and program, project title, year of graduation, and the name of the supervising faculty member. The system is designed for rapid retrieval, allowing records to be located and cross-referenced by department, supervisor, or graduation year.
Purpose and Academic Value
- Institutional memory — a continuous, structured record of the Faculty's graduation output since its founding.
- Verification and transparency — enables the Faculty administration to confirm and cite completed projects with certainty.
- Quality assurance — supports academic accreditation and periodic institutional review processes.
- Reference for future research — assists students and researchers in tracing prior work within their department or specialization.
Live, continuously updated records
The archive's records are added to and updated on an ongoing basis and are therefore maintained through a single live source. Full access to the record listing — including search, filtering by department, supervisor, or year, printing an individual project's data card, and the administrative tools available to authorized staff — is provided exclusively through the Arabic-language interface.
